Frank Marco

Managing Partner

Frank Marco is the managing partner of the LAW OFFICE OF Marco, McGuire and Arreola, LLC, which is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. He is a graduate of Cornell Law School and has worked in the fields of labor law and employee benefits for the past twenty-five years.

As a labor lawyer, Mr. Marco is one of the most respected attorneys in the country. He currently serves as the General Counsel to the International Association of Bridge, Structural & Ornamental Iron Workers in Washington, DC. He also serves as counsel to numerous district councils and local unions. He has over 25 years of experience in collective bargaining, market recovery funds, regulatory compliance, and union organizing, and he has successfully represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board and in federal court.

As an ERISA attorney, Mr. Marco has extensive experience in plan drafting, trust fund administration, and working with distressed pension plans. He has successfully prosecuted matters on behalf of ERISA plans against companies that misclassify their workers or attempt to avoid their obligations through fraud. Mr. Marco has also defended trust funds and plan fiduciaries in court in matters concerning alleged fiduciary breaches and prohibited transactions.
